Terms & Conditions

  • All exhibitors must ensure that valuable items (jewellery, cash, etc.) are insured individually. Organizers will not be liable for any loss or theft.
  • CCTV surveillance, security personnel, and scanning at entry/exit points will be in place.
  • Exhibitors are required to remove all valuables after expo hours and lock showcases securely.

  • Stall handover: 3–9–2025
  • Stall decoration and setup must be completed by 4–9–2025 by evening
  • Expo Timing: 10:00 AM to 7–00 PM

  • All branding must remain within the stall dimensions.
  • Electrical fittings must be done by expo-authorized electricians only.

  • No loud announcements or unauthorized microphone use.
  • Smoking, alcohol, and non–vegetarian food are strictly prohibited on premises.
